Respond to the public's prayers, the first part video of The Chan Teachings of Daoxin by Ven. Master Renda will be played on the second floor of the West Lecture Hall and broadcasted through the Boshan Zhengjue Online Class from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Jan. 7, 2018.     禅宗四祖道信大师与博山正觉寺渊源深厚。他倡导农禅并举，结束了自达摩以来僧人居无定所、行无定处的游化局面，并在禅法思想上，形成了戒行与禅修结合、楞伽与般若诸经相融、知解与践行相扶、渐修与顿悟相连、坐禅与作务并举，把禅宗推向了一个新的阶段，成为中国禅宗史上一个重要里程碑。
The Fourth Patriarch of the Chan Sect, Ven. Master Daoxin had deep origins with Boshan Zhengjue monastery. The "Parallel Practice in Farming and Chan" proposed by him ended the situation that the monks had no certain places to live nor certain destination to go since the era of the first Patriarch Bodhidharma. Besides, in the thought of Chan, he emphasized on both the precepts and Chan meditation, integrated the meanings of Lankavatara and Prajna sutras, made the understanding and practice to mutually support each other, interrelated gradual practice with sudden enlightenment and promoted Chan medication and the farm work simultaneously. All these had brought the Chan Sect to a new stage. It became an important milestone in the history of Chinese Chan Sect.

    本次网络课堂直播，将以道信大师《入道安心要方便法门》为基础，为大众宣讲《道信禅法》，带领我们深入经藏，广沐法雨，入道、安心、方便，体味“一行三昧”的妙意，感悟“身心方寸，举足下足，常在道场，施为举动，皆是菩提”的任运自在境界。
The Chan Teachings of Dioxin which will be broadcast this time is based on his work: The Expedient Dharma Gate of Entering the Dharma Way through Setting the Mind. It will lead us deeply enter the sutra treasury, nourish us by the dew of Dharma, enter the Dharma Way, set our mind. What’s more, we can have a flavor of “Samadhi of One Practice”, experience the comfortable and free state of “Whatever we do, our bodies and minds are forever at the site of enlightenment. All actions and conduct are bodhi.”
